Terms and Conditions:

No Order Cancellation/Refund/Return & Exchange (including subject change) policy applies to all textbook orders.

No exchanges unless books are defective.

We will try our best to ensure the earliest arrival of your order.
However, we are not responsible for delays due to stock unavailability or delays caused by publisher / transportation.

Deposit will be refunded upon notification from the publisher that they are unable to supply the order.

For refund to card payment, 3% admin charges will be applied.

Deposit is not transferable to another order.

Please present the textbook order confirmation when picking up order.

All prices quoted on the order form are subject to alteration in accordance with the publishers' final confirmation.

Arrived orders are required to be collected within three months.
Uncollected orders will be disposed of without further notice
.

Estimated Delivery Lead Time: 3-5 weeks.

Please submit payment proof within 2 days upon your order submission. Please reference your order number with your payment proof. Upon verification of payment proof, order confirmation will be sent by email to you. Payment and order confirmation will be sent on the next 2 working days upon verification.

Payment submission daily cut-off time is 3:30pm. Submission after cut-off time will be processed on the next working day.

If payment fails to be settled in 2 days after order submission, order will be cancelled.
